Offer support
Someone once listened to you.
Maybe one day you’ll listen to someone else.
ONE LIFE is built around the idea that support can move in both directions.
“Sometimes the person who once needed someone to listen becomes the person who listens for someone else.”

What being a peer supporter means
01
Lived experience
You’ve been through something — family strain, a breakup, grief, a big move — and have had time to find some steadiness.
02
Peer-support training
ONE LIFE’s onboarding covers listening well, keeping healthy boundaries, and knowing when to point someone toward professional or emergency help.
03
Your own rhythm
Set a few hours a week. ONE LIFE handles booking, reminders and follow-ups, so your time goes to people, not admin.
Peer supporters listen and share from experience. They don’t diagnose, treat, or present themselves as therapists — unless they separately hold professional qualifications.
