A little about Sofia
When my husband died, the people who helped most were the ones who didn’t rush me. I try to offer that same unhurried space.
My approach
We had moved countries for my husband’s work, and a few years later I lost him very suddenly. I learned that grief doesn’t follow a schedule, and that being far from home can make it lonelier. I offer conversations for people living through loss, a move, or any change that has reshaped their life. I listen and share from experience; I am not a counsellor or therapist.
