A little about Amara
Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix things. You need someone who understands what the experience feels like.
My approach
When a long relationship ended, I found that honest conversations with people who had been through something similar helped me feel less alone. I bring that perspective to peer support. My role is to listen and share from experience, not to diagnose or provide therapy.
